Example: 214 more identical tickets this week, like “How do I reschedule my appointment?”.
The support queue
Half of them start with “how do I…”.
Any task in your app, one sentence away. With every step narrated to the screen reader.
Visual demo: the agent opens the app's screens, highlights each option it picks, reads every step to the screen reader and asks for confirmation before completing the task.
Example: 214 more identical tickets this week, like “How do I reschedule my appointment?”.
Half of them start with “how do I…”.
Every extra step is one more drop-off.
“I give up. I'll ask my daughter to do it when she gets home.”
The very people who most need the task done.
This is how most teams test their own app.
Example: the person asks “Move it to Friday” and the chatbot replies with instructions: “To reschedule, go to Menu, Appointments, Details, Reschedule”. The task is still theirs.
It explains and hands the work back.
Example: with the same request, Appilots opens Appointments, selects Friday at 2 pm, asks for confirmation and completes the change.
It navigates, fills in and finishes.
Accessibility is not a badge in the footer. It's paying the bill on your own, rescheduling the appointment without help and sending money to your daughter without asking your grandson.
Built into VoiceOver, TalkBack and web screen readers.
With the system's native dictation.
Sensitive actions always stop first.
Per-action permissions, right in the dashboard.
Generate the app map, wrap your navigation. No screen redesigned.

The objections we hear from product leaders, answered straight.
Yes. Every action the agent takes is recorded in an audit trail, you set per-action permissions in the dashboard, and sensitive actions always stop for an explicit confirmation. Sensitive data is removed before the content reaches the model.
It depends on the AI mode, and you choose. By default, AI is included: Appilots calls the model through its own account. With your own key (BYOK), the calls run in your provider's account, so data and cost stay under your control. The price is the same in both modes, and in both, sensitive data is removed before it reaches the model.
A few days, with nothing to rebuild. The dev team integrates the SDK and the assistant learns the flows automatically.
That's exactly the point: the person asks in plain language and the app does it for them.
Pricing is per app, per month, by the app's active-user tier, with the whole app included: mobile and web. Essential: up to 10k monthly active users, $290/month, with 3,750 AI missions included. Growth: up to 50k, $690/month, 15,000 missions. Scale: up to 200k, $1,390/month, 50,000 missions. Enterprise: above 200k, by proposal. Prices are in US dollars in every country. To get started, talk to our team and we'll set up a pilot.
The assistant keeps working and nothing extra is charged. If the app stays above the cap for three months in a row, it moves up a tier at renewal. With your own key (BYOK), there's no cap.
In the included mode, Appilots picks and maintains the model for you. With your own key, you use yours: OpenAI and Anthropic are supported today; Google Gemini, Mistral and Azure OpenAI are on the way. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works too: you set the URL and the key in the dashboard.
A chatbot talks about the app: it answers in a window, doesn't know which screen the person is on and hands the work back to the user. Appilots operates the app: it navigates, fills in and completes the task in the same interface your users already use, and stops to confirm before anything sensitive.
From $290/month per app, with AI included. Talk to our team and start with a pilot.
